One team from brief
to broadcast.
VConnect Services has produced corporate events from Delhi NCR since 2017. Event management, stage and AV production, streaming and event technology sit inside one company — so on show day there is one number to call, not four.
The record, not the pitch.
Conferences, national programmes, international assemblies and multi-venue games — filmed on site by the team that produced them.
National observance programme — plenary staging, screens and full session coverage.
Corporate, government and institutional events delivered end to end.
Delhi NCR base, crews and kit moved to venues across the country.
Enterprise, BFSI, pharma, FMCG, education, government, media, technology.
Event, production, streaming and technology on a single contract.
An event company
that owns its own signal.
Most organisations assemble an event from four suppliers: an event agency for the programme, an AV vendor for the room, a streaming supplier for the online audience and an IT contractor for registration and networks. Four contracts, four site visits, four versions of the schedule.
VConnect holds all four. The people who write the run of show also rig the LED, cut the cameras, run the webcast and staff the check-in desks. When something moves at 9am on show day — and it does — the change is made once, by one team, and every other part of the event already knows about it.

Corporate events
Conferences and summits, town halls and AGMs, product launches, dealer and sales meets, awards, exhibitions, government programmes, MICE and offsites. Concept, run of show, floor plan, vendor coordination and the crew who work the room.
Technical production
Stage and scenic build, LED walls and projection, line-array audio, lighting design, camera positions, playback and a show caller on the cue sheet. The technical environment is designed, rigged and operated by the same company that planned the event.
Streaming, broadcast and video
Multi-camera webcasts, hybrid audiences, remote speakers brought into the room, enterprise video conferencing, full session recording, and the event films, speaker cuts and highlights delivered afterwards.
Event technology
Registration and QR check-in, badge printing and access control, live polls, Q&A and gamification, event microsites and apps, live captions and multilingual dubbing, and show-critical networks — plus the products VConnect builds and runs itself.
Ten stages,
one accountable team.
These stages are normally split across an event agency, an AV vendor, a streaming supplier and an IT contractor. We hold all of them, which is why nothing waits on a hand-off.

The work starts
before the doors do.
Load-in and rigging schedules, power and cable routes, marshalling for the entry peak, breakout rooms crewed rather than covered from the floor, and a documented escalation path so a problem has a named owner instead of a search for one.
From the Delhi NCR base, crew and equipment travel to venues across the country — convention centres, hotels, auditoriums, sports venues and open public grounds. Protocol-sensitive government programmes and international assemblies are run to the same operating discipline as an enterprise conference.
OCA GENERAL ASSEMBLY / BHARAT MANDAPAM, NEW DELHI8 sectors,
one operating standard.
Each sector brings its own approval chain, compliance sensitivity and audience — a bank's branch programme, a healthcare institute's event and a national observance are not run the same way. Six of them, on footage, below.
What actually changes
when one team owns it.
One accountable team
Physical, digital and broadcast responsibilities are coordinated by the same people, so nothing falls between suppliers on show day.
Show-critical reliability
Systems are designed around what cannot fail once doors open — power, signal path, network and access all have a fallback.
On-ground and online
Venue execution and the digital audience are run as one production, not as an event with a stream bolted onto it.
Technology when it adds value
Registration, engagement and AI are selected around the event and its audience — not added because they demo well.
Built for enterprise
Documented run sheets, defined escalation and professional workflows for corporate, institutional and government audiences.
Equipment and crew together
Rental inventory comes with the operator and onsite support, so hired kit still has someone answerable for it.
Trusted across
every sector.
Enterprises, industry associations, government bodies and international organisations — relationships built on events that ran the way they were planned.

Client names, project details and every figure on this website are taken from VConnect’s own published portfolio, its company material and the event footage on its YouTube channel. Where a year, a city, an attendance figure or a client name is not recorded in that material, it is left out rather than estimated — which is why some event files on this site carry fewer details than others.
Third-party names appear as a record of work delivered; all marks belong to their owners. If you would like a reference for a specific engagement before you brief us, ask and we will point you to the relevant work.
