collects, and why.
Short version: this site collects an enquiry form and nothing else. No advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels, no visitor profiles, and nothing sold to anyone. Last updated 5 September 2026.
Who this covers
This policy applies to vconnectservices.co.in — the website of VConnect Services, a corporate event production, live production and event technology company based in Delhi NCR and operating across India.
It covers what happens on this website. It does not cover the separate contractual arrangements that apply once you engage us for an event, where data handling is agreed in writing with you, and it does not cover third-party sites we link to.
What the enquiry form collects
The enquiry form is the only place this site asks you for anything. There is no account, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no downloadable gated content. Only the fields below are submitted, and only name, company, work email and the brief itself are required.

How long we keep an enquiry
A submitted brief arrives as an email in the VConnect business mailbox. It is kept while the conversation is live, and afterwards as part of ordinary business correspondence, so that a returning client’s history is available to the team. Ask us to delete yours and we will remove it.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry endpoint is rate-limited, screened for automated submissions, and the submitted values are cleaned before they are put into an email. We do not run a public database of enquiries on this website.
Analytics, video and cookies
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only when a measurement ID has been configured for the deployment you are visiting. Where it runs, it is configured with IP anonymisation and records page views plus a small set of interaction events — a phone number tapped, an email or WhatsApp link opened, a video played, an enquiry submitted. Those events record that an action happened, not who performed it, and never carry what you typed into the form.
YouTube embeds
Every video on this site shows a still image served from this domain. No YouTube iframe, script or cookie is loaded until you press play. When you do, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and from that point YouTube’s own terms apply to your viewing of that video.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies, no remarketing or conversion pixels and no social-network trackers, and it does not build a profile of you across sites. Where analytics is enabled it sets its own first-party measurement cookies; your browser settings and any tracking protection you use will govern those.
Who else sees your enquiry
Your brief is delivered to VConnect’s own mailbox through an email delivery service, which processes the message only in order to deliver it. Beyond that, your enquiry is shared only with the venue, supplier or partner that a specific requirement in your brief depends on, and only the part they need in order to answer it.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not pass enquiry details to advertisers, data brokers or list vendors, and we do not use your brief to market unrelated services to you.
Access, correction and deletion
Write to sales@vconnectservices.co.in and ask for a copy of what you sent us, a correction to it, or its deletion. Say which email address and company you used so we can find the right record. We will confirm once it is done.
VConnect Services operates from India, and this policy is read under Indian law. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top of the page is updated. There is no archive of earlier versions; the current page is the policy.
